Westcan ACS is an industry leader when it comes to providing outstanding, cutting edge customer service. We have continued this tradition through the development of our Online Repair Request Form, a new standard in providing customers with up-to-date information regarding their equipment repairs.
Request is Submitted to Westcan Ticketing System
The Online Repair Request Form is sent directly to the Westcan service ticketing system, where the form auto-populates all the required information directly into the system for processing.
A New Ticket is Generated
A new ticket is generated for the specific repair request. This ticket allows both Westcan and the client to track the repair through its various stages of completion.
The Client + Sales Representative Recieve Confirmation
The client and their assisgned sales representative will recieve an automated e-mail confirmation including a PDF copy of their repair request.
The Repair Team Recieves the Request
The repair team is informed of the new request and the repair is scheduled for completion.
The Repair Enters Westcan's Repair Process
Westcan's industry-leadering Service Department operates as a Certified Service Centre, Motorola Service Elite Specialist, and Harris Authorized Service Centre.
Repair is Complete
Our trained and specialized technicians complete the repair. When the repair is complete a notification will be sent and the equipment will be returned.
